BERLIN WS :
The Rodlin Design Berlin seat is GS safety-certified, featuring an ergonomic, injection moulded polypropylene seat and backrest. The seat and backrest are made from UV resistant polypropylene with optional fire retardant additives. Available in a range of RAL colours with optional upholstered seat or back pads available for enhanced comfort.
The seat shell is securely mounted onto a robust steel sub-frame constructed from galvanised steel or epoxy powder coated tubing (25mm diameter, 2mm thick), reinforced with an additional 20x1.5mm tubular profile in the backrest section. This solid steel structure ensures stability and long-term durability. The seat frame integrates with a maintenance-free, automatic tipping mechanism, allowing the seat to return upright when not in use. To minimise noise, the tipping function is buffered, ensuring a quiet and
smooth operation.
A customisable writing surface is available, tailored to your specifications, with optional modesty panels for added functionality.

Seat and Back constructed from cross-ply laminated board in-cased in a moulded integral poly-urethane skin.

Metal Sub-frame is Black Epoxy Powder Coated to 70 Microns. The cross-member is 50mm diameter tube. All end and intermediary uprights are laser-cut for precision and provide additional support when needed. These uprights are 5mm mild steel. The side support plates are 5mm thick
Common armrest is moulded self skinning polyurethane on a metal sub-frame attached to the metal framework with a fir-tree plug.
